Meet our Team

In 2009 Lida staff had - on average - four TV remotes, because devices were very introverted back then and hated talking to other devices. We ran an internal report and everything. ITIL 3 was a new thing. Service Design was a nascent thing.

 

DevOps was coming together, but it was four years before the Phoenix Project came out, and we finally understood what sort of a thing DevOps actually was. Back then AI was mostly brought up in polite conversation when citing the weakness of enemy bots in Modern Warfare 2.

 

For a technology business, we’re positively middle-aged, with the smarts, skills, and scrapes that come with experience. We love what we do, and we do it with integrity and professionalism – as our long-term partners will attest.

 

Since those early days of far too many remotes, Lida now works with partners throughout Australia/New Zealand, Europe and the United States. Our core mission is to free staff from repetitive tasks so they can focus on problem solving and business improvement.
