We will assess your existing processes by interviewing process owners and  reviewing any documentation you already have in place

Toolset

We will perform a detailed technical analysis of how you are using your ITSM toolset (eg Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, Alemba), including an analysis of your data

Report

We will deliver a full report highlighting any issues (and solutions) and providing recommendations for how to progress your ITSM maturity over the next 12-18 months
