Onsite
We will visit you onsite, so we can meet your team, see firsthand what you are doing day-to-day and understand what you perceive to be your strengths and weaknesses
Processes
We will assess your existing processes by interviewing process owners and reviewing any documentation you already have in place
Toolset
We will perform a detailed technical analysis of how you are using your ITSM toolset (eg Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, Alemba), including an analysis of your data
Report
We will deliver a full report highlighting any issues (and solutions) and providing recommendations for how to progress your ITSM maturity over the next 12-18 months
